SPB2000A-SPB6000A EPS Adjustable Type Block Molding Machine
Machine Introduction
EPS Block Molding Machine is used to make EPS blocks, then cut to sheets for house insulation or packing. Popular products made from EPS sheets are EPS sandwich panels, 3D panels, inner and outer wall insulation panels, glass packing, furniture packing etc.
EPS Adjustable Block Molding Machine allows EPS block height or block length adjustable. The popular Adjustable Block Molding Machine is to adjust block height from 900mm to 1200mm, other sizes can also be custom made.
Machine features
1.Machine is controlled by Mitsubishi PLC and Winview touch screen, automatic operation, convenient maintenance.
2.Machine works in fully automatic mode, mould closing, size adjusting, material filling, steaming, cooling, ejecting, all done automatically.
3.High quality square tube and steel plates are used for the machine’s structure in perfect strength without deformation
4.Block height adjusting is controlled by encoder; using strong screws for plate moving.
5.Apart from normal lock, the machine specially has two extra locks at two sides of door for better locking.
6.Machine has automatic pneumatic feeding and vacuum assistant feeding devices.
7.Machine has more steaming lines for different sized blocks using, so better fusion is guaranteed and steam is not wasted.
8.Machine plates are with better drainage system so blocks are more dried and can be cut in short time;
9.Spare parts and fittings are high quality products of well-known brand which keep the machine in a long service time
10.The adjustable machine can be made air cooling or with vacuum system.
