Our aluminum expanded polystyrene molds are made of high-quality aluminum material, and moud frame is made by extruded aluminum alloy profile, strong and long lasting. Our aluminum expanded polystyrene molds are processed by CNC machines, aluminum expanded polystyrene molds sizes are precise. All cavities and cores are covered by Teflon coating to guarantee easy demoulding. Our mold engineers have good knowledge and rich experience in making moulds, we have made molds for Chinese EPS machines, German EPS machines, Japanese EPS machines, Korean EPS machines, Jordan EPS machines etc. With good design and good material, our aluminum expanded polystyrene molds can work faster and last longer.
