Introduction

1. We use Chinese first-class aluminum ingot to make moulds, our mould plates are of 15mm~20mm thick aluminum alloy plates;
2. All our molds are fully processed by CNC machines, our mold tolerance wthin 1mm;
3. We have strict quality control in all steps: patterning, casting, machining, assembling, Teflon coating etc.
4. We can deliver the china EPS mould quickly, test EPS molds and check samples carefully before delivery;
5. Our engineers all have over 20 years experience in EPS mould, professional and knowledgable. We can design any difficult moulds for clients.
