Machine Introduction
EPS Cutting Machine is used to cut EPS blocks to desired sizes. It’s hot wire cutting.
This kind cutting machine can do horizontal and vertical cutting. Multiple wires can be set at one time for down cutting to increase cutting efficiency. Machine operation is done on control box, and cutting speed is converter controlled.

1, Control system: Variable frequency stepless speed regulation, Guide rail drive to smooth cutting of products. Motor speed reducer is integrated.
2, Structure design: Welded by square tube and steel, compact in structure and beautiful in appearance. High-power gear transformers
3, Processes: Cut horizontally and vertically, suitable for long block products. Neutral reset device.
4, Production efficiency: Reduce spare time for 3~10min. High cutting efficiency.
