Introduction

Our Aluminum EPS molds are made of high-quality aluminum material, and moud frame is made by extruded aluminum alloy profile, strong and long lasting. Our Aluminum EPS molds are processed by CNC machines, Aluminum EPS molds sizes are precise. All cavities and cores are covered by Teflon coating to guarantee easy demoulding. Our mold engineers have good knowledge and rich experience in making moulds, we have made molds for Chinese EPS machines, German EPS machines, Japanese EPS machines, Korean EPS machines, Jordan EPS machines etc. With good design and good material, our Aluminum EPS molds can work faster and last longer.  

Our aluminum EPS molds features

1. We use Chinese first-class aluminum ingot to make moulds, our mould plates are of 15mm~20mm thick aluminum alloy plates;

2. All our molds are fully processed by CNC machines, our mold tolerance wthin 1mm;

3. We have strict quality control in all steps: patterning, casting, machining, assembling, Teflon coating etc. 

4. We can deliver the Aluminum EPS molds quickly, test EPS molds and check samples carefully before delivery;

5. Our engineers all have over 20 years experience in EPS mould, professional and knowledgable. We can design any difficult moulds for clients. Such like EPS fruit box mould, EPS cornice mould, EPS fish box mould, EPS ICF block mould, EPS seeding tray mould, all kinds of EPS electrical packaging products mould etc.

6. We can convert customer’s samples to CAD drawing or 3D drawings.
