Huvudfunktioner

1. Maskinen adopterar Mitsubishi PLC och Winview pekskärm för automatisk mögelöppning, mögelstängning, materialfyllning, ångande, temperaturhållning, luftkylning, avslag och matning.
2. Maskinens alla sex paneler är genom värmebehandling för att frigöra svetspänning, så att paneler inte kan deformeras under hög temperatur;
3. Mögelkavitet är tillverkad av speciell aluminiumlegeringsplatta med hög - Effektiv värmeledning, aluminiumplatttjocklek 5 mm, med Teflon -beläggning för enkel nedslagning.
4. Maskinen sätter upp hög - Tryckblåsare för sugmaterial. Kylning görs med konvektionsluft med fläkt.
5. Maskinplattor är från stålprofil av hög kvalitet genom värmebehandling, stark och ingen deformation.
6. Ejektion styrs av hydraulpump, så alla ejektorer skjuter och returnerar med samma hastighet;
