Utvidet making av polystyren skumblokk brukes til å lage EPS -blokker, og deretter kuttes til ark for husisolering eller pakking. Populære produkter laget av EPS -ark er EPS -sandwichpaneler, 3D -paneler, indre og ytre veggisolasjonspaneler, glasspakking, møbelpakking etc.

Hovedfunksjoner

1. Maskinen vedtar Mitsubishi PLC og WinView berøringsskjerm for automatisk muggåpning, lukking av mugg, materialfylling, damping, temperaturoppbevaring, luftkjøling, demontering og utkasting.
2. Maskinens alle seks paneler er gjennom varmebehandling for å frigjøre sveisestress, slik at paneler ikke kan deformere under høy temperatur;
3. Moldhulen er laget av spesiell aluminiumslegeringsplate med høy - Effektivitetsvarmeledning, aluminiumsplate tykkelse 5mm, med teflonbelegg for enkel demontering.
4. Maskinen setter opp høyt - trykkblåser for sugemateriale. Kjøling gjøres ved konveksjonsluft med blåser.
5. Maskinplater er fra høye - kvalitetsstålprofil, gjennom varmebehandling, sterk og ingen deformasjon.
6. Utkast styres av hydraulisk pumpe, så alle ejektorer skyver og returnerer med samme hastighet;
