Onze EPS -mallen zijn gemaakt van hoog - kwaliteitsaluminium materiaal en MOUD -frame wordt gemaakt door geëxtrudeerd aluminiumlegeringsprofiel, sterk en langdurig. Onze EPS -schimmels worden verwerkt door CNC -machines, EPS -schimmelgroottes zijn nauwkeurig. Alle holtes en kernen worden bedekt met Teflon -coating om gemakkelijk te garanderen. Onze schimmelingenieurs hebben een goede kennis en rijke ervaring in het maken van schimmels, we hebben mallen gemaakt voor Chinese EPS -machines, Duitse EPS -machines, Japanse EPS -machines, Koreaanse EPS -machines, Jordan EPS -machines enz. Met goed ontwerp en goed materiaal kunnen onze EPS -schimmels sneller werken en langer duren.

 

Onze EPS -schimmelfuncties

1. We gebruiken Chinese eerste - Klasse aluminium ingot Om mallen te maken, zijn onze schimmelplaten van 15 mm ~ 20 mm dikke aluminiumlegeringplaten;

2. Al onze schimmels worden volledig verwerkt door CNC -machines, onze schimmeltolerantie met 1 mm;

3. We hebben strikte kwaliteitscontrole in alle stappen: patronen, gieten, bewerken, monteren, teflon coating etc.

4. We kunnen de EPS -schimmel snel afleveren, EPS -mallen testen en monsters zorgvuldig controleren vóór de levering;

5. Onze ingenieurs hebben allemaal meer dan 20 jaar ervaring in EPS -schimmel, professioneel en goed geïnformeerd. We kunnen moeilijke mallen voor klanten ontwerpen. Zoals EPS Fruit Box Mold, Eps Cornice Mold, Eps Fish Box Mold, Eps ICF Block Mold, EPS Seeding Trade Mold, allerlei EPS Electrical Packaging Products schimmel etc.

6. We kunnen de monsters van de klant converteren naar CAD -tekening of 3D -tekeningen.
