Polystyreenblokvormingsmachine met vacuüm is een efficiënte EPS -machine om EPS -blokken te maken. EPS -blokken kunnen worden gesneden tot vellen voor huisisolatie of verpakking. Populaire producten gemaakt van EPS -platen zijn EPS -sandwichpanelen, 3D -panelen, binnen- en buitenwandisolatiepanelen, glazen verpakking, meubelverpakking etc.

Polystyreenblokvormingsmachine met vacuüm kan EPS -blokken met hoge dichtheid produceren, werken in een snelle cyclus, en alle blokken zijn recht en sterk en met een laag watervocht. De machine kan ook blokken met lage dichtheid met goede kwaliteit maken. Het kan een hoge dichtheid maken bij 40 g/l en lage dichtheid bij 4G/L.

3. Machine'S alle zes panelen zijn door warmtebehandeling om lasstress vrij te geven, zodat panelen niet kunnen vervormen bij hoge temperatuur;
4.Machine met meer stoomlijnen om te zorgen voor stoom, zelfs in blokken, dus blokfusie is beter;
5.Machineplaten zijn met een beter afvoersysteem, zodat blokken meer gedroogd zijn en kort kunnen worden gesneden;
6. Alle machineborden door het verwijderen van roest, bal spuiten en vervolgens anti - roestbasis schilderen en oppervlakteschilderen, dus machinaal lichaam is niet gemakkelijk om verroest te raken;
7.Machine Gebruik Smart Piping System en Steaming Proces, waardoor een goede fusie van blokken zowel voor hoge dichtheid als lage dichtheid zorgt;
8. snel vulsysteem en efficiënt vacuümsysteem zorgen voor machine die snel werkt, elk blok 4 ~ 8 minuten;
9.Emage wordt geregeld door de hydraulische pomp, dus alle ejectoren duwen en terugkeren met dezelfde snelheid;
10. De meeste componenten die in de machine worden gebruikt, zijn geïmporteerd of beroemde merkproducten.
