EPS -piepschuimblokkeermachine wordt gebruikt om EPS -blokken te maken en vervolgens naar vellen gesneden voor huisisolatie of verpakking. Populaire producten gemaakt van EPS -platen zijn EPS -sandwichpanelen, 3D -panelen, binnen- en buitenwandisolatiepanelen, glazen verpakking, meubelverpakking etc.

EPS -piepschuim blokkeermachine is geschikt voor het verzoek van kleine capaciteit en de productie van lage dichtheid blokkeert de productie van economische winst per aandeel. Met speciale technologie kan onze EPS -piepschuimblokkeermachine 4G/L -dichtheidsblokken maken, blok is het blok recht en van goede kwaliteit.

Hoofdkenmerken

1. De machine neemt Mitsubishi PLC en WinView Touchscreen aan voor automatische malopening, mal sluiten, materiaalvulling, stomen, temperatuur bewaren, luchtkoeling, demoughing en uitwerpen.
2. Machine's alle zes panelen zijn door warmtebehandeling om lasstress vrij te geven, zodat panelen niet kunnen vervormen bij hoge temperatuur;
3. Schimmelholte is gemaakt van speciale aluminiumlegeringsplaat met hoge - efficiëntie warmtegeleiding, aluminium plaatdikte 5 mm, met teflon -coating voor eenvoudige demoughing.
4. De machine heeft hoog - Drukblazer voor zuigmateriaal ingesteld. Koeling wordt gedaan door convectielucht door blower.
5. Machineborden zijn van hoog - staalprofiel van het kwaliteit, door warmtebehandeling, sterk en geen vervorming.
6. Ujectie wordt geregeld door de hydraulische pomp, dus alle ejectoren duwen en terugkeren met dezelfde snelheid;
